Welcome to our privately owned, newly renovated, water view condo and waterview studio suite on 3.5 acres of stunning ocean front property with breathtaking views of the Gulf Islands just outside your door, at the Inn of the Sea Resort, Yellow Point. Awake to the call of quail, loons, eagles and sea birds in our beautiful accomodations.

Inn of the Sea, located in the tranquil and picturesque countryside on the east coast of Vancouver Island, allows for all the pleasures of country living, while providing easy access to major centres such as Nanaimo (20 minutes), Victoria (90 minutes) and Vancouver. Easy access to ferries from Vancouver and Seattle, and 10 minutes from Nanaimo airport.

This newly renovated ground floor (no steps) water view condominium and guest suite is fully equipped (all linens etc), even with boxed games, videos, CD's, cassettes and books! It has a bedroom with a QUEEN bed, full bathroom tub/shower, fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, frost free refrigerator, all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and more for six), dining area, large living room (10 ft. ceiling), with fireplace, QUEEN sofa bed, TV/VCR, CD/Cassette/Radio, free local phone calls.. A sliding glass door leads out onto a large furnished private water view patio with Electric Bar-B-Cue. This accomodation is heated by baseboard heaters. Parking nearby. Brand new open plan Studio suite. Living area with queen bed, occasional chairs, cable TV/VCR, CD/Cassette/Radio, free local phone calls. Sliding glass door opens on to a private, water view, furnished balcony. Full bathroom tub/shower, galley style kitchenette featuring a breakfast/eating counter, bar refrigerator, built in two burner top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, utensils and more for two. We provide an ample supply of all linens. This accomodation is heated by baseboard heaters. Parking nearby. This studio suite is for a maximum of two persons.
