Both the one-bedroom unit and the studio suite have been newly renovated and both have views over the water. The units are close to parking and feature:

• television, DVD/VCR player, CD/cassette/radio player,
• telephone (local calls may be made
  without charge),
• free high-speed internet,
• a smoke-free environment
• pets are not accepted.

One-bedroom Condo

The One-bedroom Condo unit is situated on the ground floor (no steps) and features a bedroom with a Queen bed, a full bathroom (tub/shower), a fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and frost-free refrigerator), a dining area, a large living room with a fireplace and a Queen sofa-bed. Glass patio doors lead onto a large furnished private patio with an electric barbecue.

Rentals include all linens, pots, pans, crockery, dishes and cutlery, an assortment of cooking spices, along with some videos, CDs, cassettes, books and even board games!

The condo unit accommodates a maximum of four persons (adult or child).

Studio Suite

This open-plan unit features a living area with a Queen bed and occasional chairs, a full bathroom (tub/shower), a galley-style kitchenette with a breakfast/eating counter, a built-in two-burner stovetop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster-oven and a bar refrigerator. Glass patio doors open onto a private furnished balcony. Ample linens are supplied and rental also includes use of dishes and kitchen utensils.

The studio suite accommodates a maximum of two persons (adult or child).
